Intuit, the company behind the popular QuickBooks accounting software, has just announced their latest upgrade – QuickBooks 2024. This new version packs in powerful new features and updates that will help small businesses and accountants save time and work more efficiently.
Automation & AI to Boost Productivity
One of the biggest improvements in QuickBooks Upgrade 2024 is the enhancement of automation and AI capabilities. The new Automated Transaction Entry feature uses machine learning to automatically categorize transactions to reduce manual data entry. QuickBooks 2024 now includes a visual Insights Dashboard that lets you view critical financial and operational metrics all in one place. You’ll be able to track things like account balances over time, income versus expenses, accounts receivable, inventory levels, and more.
The new Comparisons feature also lets you see how your performance this month stacks up to previous months or years. This birds-eye view of your financial data makes it easier to spot trends and opportunities.
More Integrations & Apps in Apps Ecosystem
The QuickBooks Apps ecosystem that connects third-party business solutions into QuickBooks is also expanding in 2024. Some of the newly integrated solutions include payroll apps, ecommerce apps for managing online stores, shipping apps, and more niche industry-specific solutions.
There is also a new built-in Apps tab in QuickBooks 2024 that makes it easier to discover, install, and manage apps without having to leave QuickBooks. This means your key business systems can now work together in one unified platform.
